Roger Hilton

Roger is a highly qualified and experienced senior quality and risk management professional with extensive and broad-based experience in manufacturing, commercial services, management and education.

His background in the application of various quality improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, business re-engineering and total quality management to make significant gains for organizations is complimented well with his academic and empirical research experience in these same methodologies.

He is a results driven professional with strong influencing, coaching, training and organizational change management abilities.

Roger has held a range of corporate management roles in manufacturing, and commercial service organisations including PPG Industries Australia, ICI Australia, Dulux and Sedgwick James Insurance Brokers and Risk Management Consultants and education roles at Swinburne and Monash Universities.

Roger has also been involved in coaching and mentoring of others in personal growth work including facilitating a men's group in Melbourne.

Roger has project managed many large improvement projects including

  • Strategic skills training and managing improvement projects involving 600 personnel from a large business services organisation over 14 months
  • Business improvement projects across a number of industry sectors resulting in significant dollar savings and other performance impacts like customer and employee satisfaction

Steve is a skilled strategist in dealing with stakeholders and clients, at providing insightful leadership that has enabled rapid growth of companies, especially in unstructured environments with P&L responsibility. This expertise over many years underpins an in depth knowledge of people, process, systems, technology, intertwined with talent and being business savvy.

Steve's experience in strategy, has led to understanding that a business' competitive advantage is in data quality; a process of data analysis leading to facts, and data synthesis leading to insights.

Steve is also Certified as a Business Architect through disciplines in TOGAF 9.1, with complementary training in Human Centred Design through Design for Six Sigma, thus driving organisational strategy to operational excellence.

Martin is passionate about holistic improvement and has been leading cross-functional process improvement teams for over 25 years in automotive, electronics, whisky, nuclear power, aerospace, medical devices and IT sectors.

He is experienced in improvement of all end-to-end processes: R&D, new product development, manufacturing, supply chain and other essential functions (finance, HR, sales and marketing, legal).

He is a Chartered Statistician and Chartered Scientist and has worked for brand name companies in various leadership roles and at board level in the UK and EMEA.

David displays exceptional communication and leadership skills and has significant insight into human behaviour and personal mastery, gained both as a people leader and developer in the workplace and as a long term Men’s Program leader, executive coach and mentor.

He has a unique education profile which includes a Master’s Degree in Technology and an Accounting degree, he is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Breathwork, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Certified Information System Auditor. David uses his diverse capability set to bring great insight into his management consulting assignments and in delivering outcomes for his clients.
