Since 2002, Aled has delivered training, coaching, facilitation, program/project management and consulting services in the areas of Continuous Improvement (Lean & Six Sigma), Facilitation Skills, Change Management, Leadership and Strategy. He previously held senior Finance roles with blue chip companies in the UK, Canada and Australia.

    • Scoped, planned and implemented Continuous Improvement programs (including training and coaching) for numerous organisations including resource companies (Australia & Canada), pharmaceutical companies (New Zealand) and educational institutions (Australia) 

    • Managed and delivered CI training for multiple companies and organisations (including 5 in the ASX100) across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, PNG and Singapore

    • Managed multiple Continuous Improvement, Transformation and Implementation projects for a range of organisations
