    • Telstra: Business Processing Consultant Managed a technical delivery team of twenty staff in the transformation of Telstra’s revenue processing from a manual and local data processing approach to a server based RPA solution.    Designed additional RPA solutions for processing Dealer Claims and Financial Reconciliation to SAP.
    • TransGrid: BPM Consultant Led a process improvement team to develop high level process hierarchies, process dashboards and process maps with senior management. Designed functionality for Business Users to discover, measure and document process activities. Designed interface services between VISIO and SharePoint for sharing process information and diagrams. Conducted formal BPM training to senior and operational managers
    • Pharmatime: Process Improvement Specialist Worked with client organisations to achieve process improvements in managing resources and performing financial accounting for clinical trials.   Directed software development activities and managed customer implementations.
    • 247Legal: Technical Director Led a team delivering process analysis and technical design to facilitate straight through processing of conveyancing documents.  Worked with conveyancers, lawyers, government and banking representatives to address variety of stakeholders needs.
