Strategy & Governance

Bruce has extensive experience across the public sector introducing and leading organisational change to deliver strategic reforms and embed accountable, transparent practice while introducing new systems, re-engineering business processes, innovations and delivering government priorities. This experience includes developing national training programs, being accountable for the planning and governance of a university’s student revenue ($1.1B), and introducing a business intelligence program to underpin strategic analysis of performance and planning.


His success is underpinned with a long-standing commitment to sound governance practices, service delivery excellence, and leadership with integrity. Bruce has the interpersonal, interactive and facilitative skills to have clear and meaningful dialogue with multiple stakeholders on complex or politically sensitive issues to resolution


He has held statutory roles for fraud and business integrity, and has served as either chair or member on several hospital and university human research ethic committees.
