Steve is a Senior Sales Consultant of diverse commercial experience; rapidly establishing sound commercial objectives, with clear and measurable business outcomes, who is a skilled strategist with stakeholders and clients, at providing insightful leadership that has enabled rapid growth of companies, especially in unstructured environments with P&L responsibility.

Steve is also a certified Business Enterprise Architect through in TOGAF 9.1, with complementary training in Human Centred Design through Design for Six Sigma. These added strengths enable confidence in liaising with all stakeholder of the business.


Steve’s passion is best practice in building attitudes and a conscience around Data Assurance, as this is critical in organisational health, fiduciary obligations and mitigate against reputational risk.

  • Prospecta – Developed a Victorian Operations solvency framework in business, sales and market risks. Developed a Policy Governance – Data Framework for Service Excellence.
  • La Trobe University – Co-designed a core MBA subject, Data-driven Business Analysis.
  • TL Consulting – Constructed a Project Solvency Agreement between Client and Vendor covering Asset Liability Management and Liquidity Risk. Provided Project Governance.
    enVision IT - Developed Credit / Finance and Business / Sales Risk principles to ensure business solvency in the Big Data Analytics, Start-up division, was sustainable.
  • CCL Secure – Engaged to review a technology refresh of IT Systems with recommendations for consolidation, legacy upgrades and Data Governance.    
    Software Intelligence – Designed and led a business transformation program, as an exit strategy for the owners. Key focus was business solvency and risk initiatives around data breaches utilising BS:7799-2 Information Security Standards.
  • Freehills – Designed and developed solvency frameworks in business, sales, market and event risks within Freehills Technology Services, the firm’s technology incubator. This solvency method was used in the commercialisation phases of seed capital and technology roadshows.
  • Regni - Developed a RFID company with local and international clients through partners in global traceability of Assets using RFID Tags as a Manifest. Worked with numerous manufacturers for RFID solutions.
